How has the EAST blog done in 2015? An annual review

by Ania Rolinska

The year is drawing to a close and it’s time to cast an eye back on the last half a year. The EAST blog was born in July 2015 in order to document the project, share its findings, celebrate the achievements and discuss the challenges. It’s been useful to have this platform and share it with students to let them speak about their perceptions of the project. The blog has also helped to disseminate the information to a wider community of students, educators and researchers.  Here are some numbers showing how the blog has done – hopefully it’s still just a beginning!

A New York City subway train holds 1,200 people. This blog was viewed about 3,800 times in 2015. If it were a NYC subway train, it would take about 3 trips to carry that many people.

We’d like to thank everybody for stopping by, reading and leaving a comment. Many thanks to the students for sharing their reflections and I hope there will be more discussion and dialogue in the new year 2016.
